    Description

    Boavista 59A is a modern, 2-bedroom apartment with communal swimming pool.
    It is situated on the prestigious Boavista Golf development, halfway between Praia da Luz and Lagos.

    The property has two twin bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units.
    There is also a full family bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom.

    The comfortable living/dining room is nice and light & airy and has air-conditioning. There is a flatscreen TV with a vast range of UK + other international TV channels; wi-fi is also available. French windows open out onto the terrace at the front, which overlooks the lake.

    The kitchen leads off the dining area and is very well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.

    The large outdoor swimming pool is available for all clients to use and is surrounded by loungers and sunshades. There is also a smaller kiddies pool to one end.
    The pool is heated between the months of April and October. Access is via a gate with swipe cards, which can be found in the property.

    There are tennis courts and a play area close by, as well as the state of the art Boavista Clubhouse & Spa with gym facilities, indoor pool and restaurant. The pool cards give a 33% discount on these. Ideal set-up for families.
