A decorative fireplace with blue and white mosaic tiles serves as the focal point, while a flatscreen TV offers UK and Portuguese channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected. At the far end of the room, a wooden dining table comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for shared meals.

    Double sliding doors with electric blinds open onto the front balcony, where you’ll find a built-in barbecue, a cozy seating area, and an outdoor fridge — perfect for enjoying sunset drinks with stunning sea views.

    Kitchen
    The independent kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, and more. A cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    A short staircase from the entrance leads down to the bedroom level.

    The first bedroom, at the back of the property, features twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning.

    The second bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobes, mosquito netting, and air conditioning. These two rooms share a modern family shower room.

    The spacious master bedroom offers twin (link) beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a full en-suite bathroom.

    Both the master and second bedrooms open directly onto the terraces and pool area through French doors.

    A very minor point but the parasol above the terrace table didn’t quite fit the space which meant awkward to use effectively. Often the table was in full sun so a little hot to sit for long. possibly a canopy-type would work better
