Stunning and spacious private 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with heated infinity pool located on the sought-after Parque da Floresta / Santo Antonio Golf Resort. The villa boasts spectacular sea views over the countryside and offers great indoor-outdoor living with access to the large terraces from all rooms. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The main floor is open plan and is comprised of a spacious lounge and dining area which opens out to a large balcony offering exceptional views over the pool to the countryside. Perfect for al-fresco dining with large table and built-in charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is well-equipped with separate laundry room.
The four large bedrooms are accessed over three floors and each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom with king size bed features a jacuzzi bath and opens out to a large terrace. The top floor features a large twin bedroom with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom and the two double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, both with en-suite shower rooms and access to the pool terrace.
The outdoor living space features numerous terraces with plenty of places to enjoy the views and sunny Algarve weather.
A fantastic haven for a couples retreat or fun-filled family holiday with a number of facilities available on the resort. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, gym, tennis, 18-hole golf course, health spa, sauna, swimming pools, and kids club during the holidays, available at an extra charge but some discounts may be available.
Only a 5-minute drive to the beautiful fishing village and beach of Salema, and 20 minutes to the bustling town of Lagos with exceptional restaurants and nightlife.
Pool heating is available as an optional extra of 250 euros per week. There is a jacuzzi integrated into the pool and therefore only heated when the pool is also heated.
