A beautiful villa with private pool and tennis court, set in it’s own extensive lawned gardens complete with a variety of native flowers.
The grounds are completely enclosed for full privacy.
The imposing entrance opens into a large entrance hall, with a sweeping staircase up to the master suite with double bed, full en-suite bathroom, dressing room and private terrace with seating and stunning views.
On the ground floor you will find a further 3 bright and airy twin bedrooms, each with their own private en-suite.
The ample living/dining area is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Both rooms open out onto a large, shaded terrace where you will find plenty of outside furniture for some al-fresco dining.
A large flatscreen TV provides UK channels; wi-fi is also available.
The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Off the kitchen there is a laundry room, where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron + ironing board, etc.
To the side of this little laundry room is the 5th bedroom (twin beds) and shower room next door.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the day time.
