Casa Dean also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances including dishwasher and a separate dedicated laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine.
Each room has energy efficient air-conditioning units.
With a large paved area around the heated pool, the entertainment space is perfect for some fun in the Algarvian sun. Sun loungers and a barbecue also add to the chance to have some memorable sun-downers.
Casa Dean is situated 160 meters from the Boavista Golf Course clubhouse and driving range where there is public access to the golf course, driving range, tennis courts and swimming pool. A restaurant, bar and salon are also available on the championship golf course. Although the property is not part of Boavista golf course, access to the course can me made directly via the back gates of Casa Dean, meaning there is no need to drive to get to Boavista golf course.
The Villa is situated in between the towns of Lagos and Luz, with easy access to Lagos' old town – steeped in ancient history – its marina, world famous beaches and the festive town of Luz, with its family-friendly beach.
