Description
Casa dos Gêmeos is a light & breezy 3-bedroom villa with private pool and amazing seaviews.
It is located at the top of a peaceful residential lane, less than a kilometre from the beautiful beach at Praia da Luz.
There are 3 twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, making this villa equally suitable for families or groups of friends.
The living/dining area is comfortably furnished in cool colours. A flatscreen TV provides UK channels; wi-fi is also available.
Sliding French windows open out onto a sheltered terrace which overlooks the pool area and sea beyond. Table and chairs are provided for some nice al-fresco dining.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances.
The large, rectangular pool can be heated by prior arrangement. Sun loungers have been provided and the built-in BBQ can be found in this area.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
This villa is set in a gated and fenced plot, making for extra privacy and security, and is surrounded by a pretty garden of soft lawns, bright bougainvillea and mature trees & shrubs.
(This plot is shared by one other villa – Casa dos Cardos; however, the distance between both villas is enough to provide each with their own privacy).
Casa dos Gêmeos is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

We loved our stay at Casa dos Gemeos! Everything about it was lovely: the house, the balcony, the pool, the view, the communication with the rental agents. We enjoyed morning coffee and a couple of meals on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet, thsee more
We loved our stay at Casa dos Gemeos! Everything about it was lovely: the house, the balcony, the pool, the view, the communication with the rental agents. We enjoyed morning coffee and a couple of meals on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet, the garden was lovely, and the family at the nearby rental house were pleasant. We spent hours in the pool when the beach was too hot. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
