Located at the top of the village in the quiet residential area of Luz Parque, it is just one kilometre from the golden sands of Praia da Luz and within easy reach of local amenities.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa is set over two levels. The ground floor comprises three twin bedrooms:

The master bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom and a small walk-in closet.

The remaining two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom located at the end of the corridor.

All bedrooms feature French doors opening onto terraces at the front and side of the villa, which lead down to the pool area and lawned garden.

Living & Dining
The first floor is home to a large and comfortable lounge with a welcoming open fireplace. A flatscreen TV provides UK and Portuguese channels, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
