Description
Casa Terezinha is a traditional Portuguese villa with private pool located along a quiet country lane between the beautiful villages of Praia da Luz and Burgau just 1.5kms from both wonderful beaches. The villa is spread over one level and comprises of 3 bedrooms.
The first is the master bedroom which has a full en-suite shower room; the remaining two bedrooms share a full shower room.
All bedrooms have windows that open out onto the terraces to the front and side of the villa and each bed has mosquito netting.
The open plan lounge/diner and kitchen are to the rear of the property and have a door leading out to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The TV provides UK, Portuguese and German; wi-fi is also available.
The open plan dining room and kitchen has a table with chairs and is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, oven + hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances.
Doors from the living area open out onto the terrace which has a retractable awning over a mosaic table and chairs providing plenty of shade for al fresco dining overlooking the pool.
The pool area is a nice size, very private and is fully walled therefore making it extremely private. The gardens and grounds are enclosed.
There is a built in charcoal barbecue to the side of the property and the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
Casa Terezinha is the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing peaceful holiday and only being a short drive to the to the village and towns, guests are easily able to indulge in all this beautiful region has to offer.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
