Fawlty Towers is a very attractive 5-bedroom property with private pool, situated in a quiet location yet only a few minutes’ walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The property is fully enclosed and accessed from a quiet cul-de-sac.
On the ground floor is a living/dining area, with dining table and chairs, a large sofa, some easy chairs and a log fireplace. French windows open out onto a patio/garden at the side of the villa, where you will also find table and seating for some al-fresco dining.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a moveable island, fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, food processor, among other appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: one of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom each have a full en-suite bathroom; the second double bedroom has use of a shower room, just a little further down the hall.
On the first floor there are another two bedrooms: a double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom.
There is a further full bathroom on this floor too.
A second living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, an individual chaise-longue and an open fireplace. A large flatscreen TV provides UK, PT & European channels; wi-fi is also available.

Up another flight of stairs is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular birds-eye views of the village and the sea. This space is fully equipped for leisurely lunches and dinners, with built-in barbecue, fridge and sink, and comfortable seating for eating and relaxing.
On a lower floor (accessed from the kitchen) is a games room that stretches the length of the house. Here you will find a pool table, table tennis table, foosball table, gym bike, wall-to-wall bookcase with plenty of books and some comfortable armchairs.
A bar with drinks fridge and bar stools is located at the back of this room.
Sliding doors open out onto some external stairs which lead up to the pool area.
On this floor there is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is also a powder room down here, comprising toilet and washbasin.
Around the pool you will find plenty of sun loungers for relaxing, as well as tables and chairs for outside meals.
