Set in immense grounds, there are beautiful surrounding gardens all around the property.
On the ground floor you will find 3 twin bedrooms, two of which have their own en-suite.
All 3 bedrooms have French doors which lead out onto the terrace and beautiful mature gardens.
There is a further full family bathroom on this floor too.
The spacious & cosy living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of sofas and armchairs.
There is a lovely open fireplace to one end of the room.
A large flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available.
French windows open out onto a covered terrace, ideal for some al-fresco dining.
The ample, formal dining room leads off the living room and seats up to 12 people.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, food processor, coffee machine, among other appliances.
Next to the kitchen you will find a small laundry room where the washing machine, iron + ironing board and another fridge/freezer are located.
Just off the laundry there is a small cloakroom.
From the entrance hall, a sweeping staircase takes you up to the first floor where there are a further 2 double bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and private verandas with lovely views over the village and sea beyond.
Spacious terraces outside and sweeping lawns take you down to the large swimming pool, which can be heated by prior arrangement.
A small path then takes you to the private, hard-surface tennis court.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
Quinta Kilara is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday.
This lovely villa can accommodate 10 people but is very suitable for lower occupancy. Please enquire about lower rates for smaller groups.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
