The spacious and cosy living room is comfortably furnished with ample sofas and armchairs around a traditional open fireplace. A large flatscreen TV offers both UK and Portuguese channels, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. French windows lead out to a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
An elegant formal dining room, seating up to 12 guests, adjoins the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, food processor, and more. Adjacent is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities, and a second fridge/freezer, along with a convenient cloakroom nearby.
Upstairs, the first floor features two double bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and private veranda offering stunning views over the village and the sea beyond.

This gorgeous home is brand-new on the rental market and is located in Praia da Luz, 4 kilometres from Lagos in Portugal's Western Algarve. Gaivota has peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views of the ocean, but it's also only a 7-minute walk from the town center's stores, restaurants, bars, and lovely sandy beach.
A contemporary villa with luxurious furnishings, premium mattresses, and air conditioning in every room. The rooms are bright and spacious. The expansive lounge features a ten-seat dining table, an IPOD dock, 10,000 films, box sets, and catch-up TV, as well as internet TV featuring all channels and Sky Sports. A beautiful outdoor terrace with al fresco dining for twelve is accessible through patio doors. The kitchen is furnished with all top appliances including microwave, fan oven, stove, WM, DW, and American FF with filtered water.
There is also a separate cloakroom WC on this level.
Stairs lead down to the 5 bedrooms. The two Master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom has its own access by way of a spiral metal staircase leading down to the courtyard from the driveway. Access can also be through one of the bedrooms in the main house. This 5th bedroom also has its own large en-suite. All bedrooms can be configured as singles or doubles and have patio doors leading out onto the terraces.1 review
