Vivenda Carolina is an exclusive 5-bedroom villa with private pool.
It is situated on the cliffs between Luz and Burgau and offers spectacular, uninterrupted seaviews.
The villa has a spacious, comfortable lounge with a lovely fireplace and large sliding doors which open out to the ample pool terrace.
A large flatscreen TV provides UK channels; wi-fi is also available.
Up a couple of steps from the lounge is the dining room with a large round table to seat 10 and also a mini-fridge.
Next to this room is the sizable kitchen, which is very well equipped with American-style fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, among other appliances.
There is a separate utility room leading off the kitchen, where you will find a washing machine, iron + ironing board, etc.
Leading off the utility room is the first twin bedroom, which is completely self-contained with en-suite shower room and a snug/sitting room with sofa and TV.
The remaining 4 twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all open out onto the gardens.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, vanity area and walk-in closet.
One of the other twin bedrooms also has its own full bathroom en-suite; the remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Just opposite the living room there is a further cloakroom.
The ample pool terrace offers absolutely stunning views over the beautifully landscaped and lawned gardens, and the sea beyond.
There is a built-in BBQ and a lovely seating area for some al-fresco dining.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
At the bottom of the garden, a small gate leads out onto the cliff path which takes you to both the villages of Praia da Luz (to the East) and Burgau (to the West).
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

This gorgeous home is brand-new on the rental market and is located in Praia da Luz, 4 kilometres from Lagos in Portugal's Western Algarve. Gaivota has peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views of the ocean, but it's also only a 7-minute walk from the town center's stores, restaurants, bars, and lovely sandy beach.
A contemporary villa with luxurious furnishings, premium mattresses, and air conditioning in every room. The rooms are bright and spacious. The expansive lounge features a ten-seat dining table, an IPOD dock, 10,000 films, box sets, and catch-up TV, as well as internet TV featuring all channels and Sky Sports. A beautiful outdoor terrace with al fresco dining for twelve is accessible through patio doors. The kitchen is furnished with all top appliances including microwave, fan oven, stove, WM, DW, and American FF with filtered water.
There is also a separate cloakroom WC on this level.
Stairs lead down to the 5 bedrooms. The two Master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom has its own access by way of a spiral metal staircase leading down to the courtyard from the driveway. Access can also be through one of the bedrooms in the main house.
