Casa Luisa is a superb holiday villa; completely renovated in 2019, this villa is located in the popular area of Montinhos da Luz and is perfect for family holidays to suit all ages. The private pool is surrounded by gardens and terraces and can be heated for an additional charge. Casa Luisa has a gated entrance that leads up the driveway to the front of the house, from the front door you enter into a large ground-floor entrance hall that leads to 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. The 4th bedroom is situated off the garage/play room, with a shower room en-suite. The bedrooms consist of 2 superking beds (one can separate into twin beds), one king size bedroom and one twin bedroom. The master has an en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hall. All bathrooms are newly refurbished in a contemporary design and all bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area.
The spiral marble staircase leads up to the living area of the villa, the living room is newly refurbished and opened up to make a lovely large lounge and dining area; with windows on both sides of the room it’s a lovely light and airy living space. Air-conditioning is available in this room also. The living area benefits from ample seating and a large dining table.
The kitchen is also on the 1st level of the villa off from the living area, the kitchen is a contemporary design with granite work services and all modern appliances and utensils plus a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a door leading out to the top terrace from the kitchen where there is outdoor dining table and chairs for some alfresco dining.
The outside of Casa Luisa has a lovely well-maintained and mature garden with a great grassed area for the children to play and terraces with sun loungers surrounding the pool. The pool is kidney-shaped and can be heated for a small extra charge. There is a built-in BBQ area and a lovely large patio with an outside ding table and chairs for enjoying this lovely outside space. There is space for a least 2 cars on the drive for off-street parking.
Luz village still retains elements of its traditional charm with cobbled streets, boutique shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all of the family.
The historic town of Lagos is just a 10 min drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants and there are a host of good golf courses within easy reach as well as water parks and a local zoo.

Nearest restaurant: Luz town centre is a 35 minute walk away, it has a diverse array of restaurants and pubs.
Nearest beach: The picturesque beach Praia da Luz is 30 minutes walk away. Lifeguards patrol the beach during the summer season and there is a vast array of water sports available.
