Casa Veado, situated in the sought after Funchal Ridge, occupies a fabulous position at the highest point of Monte Piscarreta, a small development of high-end villas all set in their own grounds.
Casa Veado enjoys fantastic sea views and is within a few kilometres of many beautiful beaches.
From the entrance hall, a sweeping staircase leads up to the large and airy open plan living/dining room with beautiful marble flooring which keeps it cool in high summer. The living room is tastefully furnished with a Mediterranean colour scheme. The dining table seats comfortably up to 8. There is a huge selection of books to read and puzzles/games for family time. A flat-screen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available.
French windows from the living area open onto the upper terrace from where there are spectacular sea views over to both Praia da Luz and Lagos.
The renovated kitchen is very well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, hand blender, food processor, among other useful appliances.
All 4 bedrooms are all set on the ground floor; each comprises two twin beds and spacious fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom features a beautiful traditional hand-painted mural in blue & white tiles and has its own en-suite bathroom with “his & her” washbasin. The remaining 3 bedrooms have the use of two shower rooms, also located on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have French windows that open out onto the terraces and pool area.
The spacious and very private pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, chairs and tables and the pool itself can be heated by prior arrangement.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
A lovely, secluded villa yet only a couple of minutes’ drive to the closest towns of Luz and Lagos - perfect for a family holiday.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

We had a lovely time at the Casa Veado which is a top quality villa and without fault.My kids spent most of the time in the pool and my youngest during the week learnt to swim without armbands! The maid is wonderful and so friendly, along with the losee more

The maid is wonderful and so friendly, along with the local villa manager Jinny they also got us out of a fix when we locked ourselves out , and drive out to recover our keys when we went to eat. A perfect family holiday.
