    Description

    Casa Terra Nova is situated in the peaceful, residential area of Montinhos da Luz - a 2 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) from Praia da Luz and 3 kilometres from the small fishing village of Burgau.

    Casa Terra Nova is a detached villa set in beautiful, extensive grounds with a mature, well established garden of fruit trees and native succulents. The house also has a 5-person hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the gardens, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or golf course!
    The space
    This modern villa is newly renovated to a very high specification. It has a spacious master bedroom with a superking bed and en-suite bathroom with double basin. The bedroom leads out onto a large terrace with stunning views over the garden.

    There is a second double room with a king sized bed, a third bedroom with bunk beds and a fourth with a single bed and sofa bed if needed. There is a large family bathroom with double rainfall showers and a freestanding bath.

    The living area is a bright, open plan space with a modern kitchen centred around a large island. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, double oven, large American style fridge, induction hob and Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for guests to use.

    The kitchen flows onto the spacious dining area and lounge area featuring no a recessed, flat screen smart TV.

    The whole of the living space opens out onto a large terrace with stunning views over the garden where you can relax in the hot tub or on a lounger in the tranquillity of the beautiful setting. This area also has a large dining table and gas bbq.

    The villa has a play area for children set amongst the shade of trees which includes a trampoline, balance line, swings and hammock. There is also a large open area at the rear of the property with two football goals.

    The villa features air-conditioning throughout and WIFI throughout with high internet speeds (~200MB).

    There is a selection of surfboards, bodyboards and beach toys and games available for guests to use, as well as an outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach.

    There is a large, private driveway so parking 2 or 3 cars is no problem.
    Other things to note
    There are 2 cats who live in the garden. They have their home in the garden office and are fed and have water there.

    The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
