Casa Verão is a fantastic 4 bedroom villa situated in the popular area of Luz Parque in Praia da Luz. Boasting excellent sea views and being superbly equipped, this villa is a popular choice for returning guests. The villa has the option of air conditioning and a swimming pool which can be heated by prior arrangement. Nestling in a peaceful area of Luz Parque, Praia da Luz 5 miles (8kms) from Lagos in the Algarve, this very spacious villa not only has private parking but a large private garden, BBQ area, sea views and is ideally set up for families or couples. The villa is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Most Sky TV channels, unlimited WIFI and a coffee machine and is within a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. Casa Verão has been owned by the same family for over ten years and they have visited the area for over 30 years so this is a home away from home for visitors.
There is an authentic log burner for all year round use in the lounge with an open plan kitchen and dining area with access to an outside covered eating area. There are 4 bedrooms; a twin master bedroom with an en-suite with access to the swimming pool, three twin bedrooms one of which has access to the pool area and an en-suite. There is no shortage of bathrooms as in addition to the two en-suites there is a wet room and a full bathroom. For families there is a high chair, playpen, travel cot, stair gate, books, and toys (even for the pool) and for technology minded consoles such as Wii, Xbox, PS1/PS2, DVD, VHS and a CD player.
The views over Luz and out to sea are glorious and can be seen from the roof terrace, pool area, and the covered patio.
