Description
Monte Lemos 35 is a bright & breezy, spacious 3-bedroom villa with private pool and lovely views over the village and the bay of Luz.
It is located on the prestigious Monte Lemos estate, on the outskirts of the village.
The front door opens onto a hallway on the first floor. To the right, an arch leads through to a large kitchen which is well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, among other appliances.
Opposite the kitchen there is an open plan dining room with table and chairs for 6.
The dining room then leads through to the spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating and an open fireplace (decorative feature only).
A large, flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available and there is air-conditioning in this room.
Both the living room and dining area have patio doors that open out onto the ample balcony, where a table and chairs have been provided for some al-fresco dining with a seaview.
To the left of the front door is the first bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a large flatscreen TV and air-conditioning.
This bedroom has use of a full family bathroom, with bath and separate shower, right next door to it.
There is a further cloakroom on the first floor.
The ample stairway has a child safety gate at both ends (top & bottom) and leads down to the remaining two bedrooms, each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and en-suite shower rooms.
Both these ground floor bedrooms open out onto a terrace and gardens with stairs leading up to the pool area.
There is a utility room on the ground floor, with access from the outside, where you will find the washing machine.
The pool area is nice and private. Sun loungers, sunshade and a portable charcoal BBQ have been provided.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
Monte Lemos 35 is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

The villa was well equipped, spacious and clean. Pool was superb just perfect. The surroundings were private and not over looked gardens were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

(This plot is shared by one other villa – Casa dos Gêmeos - which belongs to the same owner; however, the distance between both villas is enough to provide each with their own privacy). Casa Katarina is a traditional-style 3-bedroom villa with private pool and excellent views of the sea. It is located at the top of the village, in the residential area of Luz Parque, just a kilometre from the beautiful beach at Praia da Luz. The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor comprises the 3 twin bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom which has a full en-suite bathroom and a small walk-in closet; the remaining two bedrooms share a full family bathroom to the end of the corridor. All bedrooms have French doors that open out onto the terraces at the front and side of the villa, which in turn lead down to the pool and lawned garden. On the first floor is the large, comfortable lounge with lovely open fireplace. The flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available. Sliding patio doors open out onto the balcony with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and fantastic views out to sea. The separate dining room with seating for six leads off the far end of the lounge and next to this room you will find the well-equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven + hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances. There is a small laundry room to the side of the villa, accessible from the outside only, where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. The pool area is a nice size, very private and has gates either side, meaning it can be completely closed off if necessary. The free-form pool has a lovely, anti-slip pebble lining and a lovely rock feature to the far end. All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
