Description
Quinta da Luz 16 is a lovely, Mediterranean-style 4-bedroom villa with private pool and amazing seaviews.
It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Quinta da Luz development, which is literally halfway between the villages of Praia da Luz and Burgau.
Through the entrance hall and to your left – at the South end of the villa – you come to the spacious lounge which is comfortably furnished and has a wood-burning stove and air-conditioning. A large flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available.
To the far end and up a couple of steps you come to the dining room, comprising of a large round table and seating for 8. Both the lounge and dining area have patio doors opening out onto the pool terrace.
The kitchen leads off the dining area and is well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, among other appliances.
There are 4 theme bedrooms in total: one super king, one king and two twin bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite. Two of the bedrooms are located at the South of the villa and the other two on the North side of the villa.
Each bedroom has been fitted with an air-conditioning unit for those warm, summer evenings.
A wooden cot and travel cot are available for guest use, along with a high chair.
The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and the pool itself can be heated by prior arrangement.
There are a couple of separate seating/eating spots and also a BBQ area with built-in charcoal BBQ, exterior sink and worktop.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
This villa will make for the perfect family holiday!

Villa is perfect for a family stay - very quiet and peaceful location, beautiful views of the sea from the terrace. Villa was spotlessly clean and large enough so you don’t feel on top of each other - there is plenty of room for everyone to have theisee more
Villa is perfect for a family stay - very quiet and peaceful location, beautiful views of the sea from the terrace. Villa was spotlessly clean and large enough so you don’t feel on top of each other - there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Rooms are all lovely and the en suite bathrooms are gorgeous. Little welcome pack is very sweet on arrival and easy to walk or Uber to Luz for supplies or to go out to eat. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend as a place to unwind and soak up the sun.

The address on Air BnB links to a location that is not the villa. We got an Uber back there with shopping and we were a ten minute walk away. It was only because we had left someone in the house who could send us a pin that we could find the correct see more

Villa was very well equipped with plenty dishes and pots. Outside eating area was very comfortable. 2 fridges washing machine , and dishwasher all excellent. BBQ used twice. Pool was much enjoyed by everyone. It was the best family holiday we have ever enjoyed. |

Not enough seating in the lounge for the 6 of us, we had to bring in a chair from outside. We felt that the bed matresses were a bit hard , so maybe be memory foam topper ?
