Description
🌸 Villa Strelitzia, part of the Villas Monte da Luz development, is located in a peaceful, residential lane with lovely landscaped gardens and a large shared swimming pool, all of which is less than a kilometre from the beautiful beach at Praia da Luz.
Villas Monte da Luz is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday.
The villas are individually named - Bougainvillea, Jacaranda, Strelitzia and Hibiscus. They reflect their garden surroundings, filled with bougainvillea, palms, lemon and banana trees and pretty lawns and rockery.
Jacaranda, Strelitzia and Hibiscus villas - Each has its own attractive area of garden with an individual barbecue, slightly elevated from the large shared swimming pool and its surrounding sun terrace. Each villa also has its own dedicated sun lounge area with thatched umbrella.
These villas are almost identical in design to each other.
On the ground floor, each charming villa has a clean, bright open lounge/diner with French windows that open out onto the patio. A flatscreen TV provides UK channels; wi-fi is also available.
The adjacent kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need whilst on holiday.
There is also a shower room on this floor.
Up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms: the twin bedroom has a balcony with views across the local countryside; the double bedroom enjoys a south facing balcony which looks out across the swimming pool area to the sea beyond (this bedroom has room for a cot if needed).
These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each villa sleeps two to five people comfortably.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of Monte da Luz guests.

El sitio es genial, las instalaciones muy muy cuidadas y no le falta ni un detalle. Sólo si vas a estar más de una semana puedes echar en falta una lavadora, que no hay en la casa.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Strelitzia sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit rustikalem Charme, gutes TV-Gerät mit etlichen Sendern, guter Gasherd, sehr schönes, großes Bad im EG und see more
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Strelitzia sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit rustikalem Charme, gutes TV-Gerät mit etlichen Sendern, guter Gasherd, sehr schönes, großes Bad im EG und der wunderbare Garten mit schönem Pool!!! Auch sehr angenehm der schattiger Abstellplatz fürs Auto direkt vor der Eingangstür. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kleines Stück weiter (ca. 10 Minuten). Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben wir ein wenig vermisst - war aber von vornherein klar. Sitzmöbel für die Balkone im 1. OG wären schön gewesen, ebenso wie ein Espressokocher (vielleicht hätten wir auch nur in der Agentur danach fragen müssen?). Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Aan alles is gedacht in de villa, superschoon, heerlijk zwembad en het was erg rustig, dus ook nog eens veel privacy. De eigenaren kwamen nog even gedag zeggen, en zijn goed bereikbaar.

Am Abend nutzten wir regelmäßig den gemütlichen Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Wir werden dieses Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen!

Très beau séjour avec les enfants dans cette villa. Très confortable et agréable lieu. Très calme et bien située. Lits très confortables. Lieu magnifique. Nous avons adoré. Seul bémol, les oiseaux qui nous réveillent trop tôt.
