Casa do Poço is a well-appointed 4-bedroom villa with private pool, with pool heating available at an additional cost.
Located on the prestigious Monte Lemos development, to the West of the village of Praia da Luz, this villa commands absolutely spectacular views of the sea.
As you enter the property you will find a small landing.
To your left is the smallest of the 4 bedrooms, with two single beds. Next to this bedroom is a family shower room.
To the right of the landing you will find a short staircase which takes you up to a sizeable, bright and airy living/dining area. A large flatscreen TV provides UK and PT channels; fibre optic wi-fi is also available.
French doors open out onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and the sea beyond. There are two separate seating areas on this balcony: one large, round table with a lazy-Susan and 8 chairs for some al-fresco dining; to the far end of the balcony is a sofa/armchair set with coffee table, ideal for enjoying some evening beverages while enjoying the beautiful sunset.
Next to the dining area is a large, open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped with high standard appliances, such as fridge-freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Sliding doors open out onto the same balcony mentioned above.
Back to the landing and down a short flight of stairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with double bed and recently renovated en-suite, with large walk-in shower and separate bath.
There are a further two good-sized twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.
All three ground-floor bedrooms have sliding doors that open out onto the terrace and swimming pool.
The beautifully landscaped garden and pool area are enclosed by a low wall. To the right of the terrace there is a lovely, shaded dining area with built-in BBQ, exterior sink & worktop.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
The entrance gate is electric, making for completely private access and added safety.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

The pool area suited our needs perfectly and we enjoyed using the outdoor bbq. Would highly recommend this villa.

We (2 families) had a great stay in Casa do Poco. The villa is spacious with a great sized pool. The area was nice and quiet (until the kids got in the pool!). It’s only a 15 minute walk to the opposite end of Luz beach and there are plenty of restausee more

It’s only a 15 minute walk to the opposite end of Luz beach and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at if you don’t want to cook/BBQ. All bedding and towels were provided, even pool towels, which was a bonus.
The staff were all really helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. |

We had a wonderful week's holiday with hot weather. Hopefully some day we will be back.

La casa es fantástica para hasta 8 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar sin preocuparte de nada. Buena piscina y barbacoa con todos los utensilios a tu disposition. La playa es espectacular y está a 1 km aunque recomiendo ir en coche porqsee more
