Description
Casa Cegonha is a lovely 4-bedroom villa with private pool, located to the East of the historic town of Lagos.
The villa is set in beautiful, landscaped gardens and has nice seaviews.
At the entrance of the villa is a small landing where you will find a cloakroom to your left.
To the right is the large, very well equipped kitchen, with American-style fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. At the far end you will find a breakfast bar and stools.
Straight ahead is the open plan living/dining area, with French windows that open out on to the terrace which overlooks the pool and garden areas, and has spectacular views of the countryside and sea beyond. To the far end you will find the portable, gas BBQ.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with large sofas and armchairs. A large flatscreen TV provides UK channels. Wi-fi is also available.
The dining area has a circular pine dining table with seating for 6. There is a further rectangular pine table with seating for four.
Downstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The large, bright master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom.
One of the twin bedrooms has it’s own en-suite wet room and the remaining two twin bedrooms share a wet room between them.
Each bedroom opens out onto the beautiful garden, with plenty of flowers and lawned area.
The pool area is surrounded by plenty of sunloungers and sunshades.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
A lovely, secluded property which will make for a very relaxing holiday!
